How do I cancel?
Sign in, then use Manage billing above to open Stripe’s customer portal and cancel your subscription.
You keep access through the end of the period you already paid for unless Stripe shows a different end date.

How do I upgrade or downgrade? How is the price calculated?
Use Manage billing in the Stripe portal when your account is linked to Stripe (after at least one checkout).
Stripe applies proration when you change plans mid-cycle: you may see a credit for unused time on the old plan
and a charge for the new plan. Exact amounts appear on the Stripe receipt and invoice.
What happens when I’ve used my free Genie Points?
AI features pause until you subscribe. Your saved lists stay on your account — sign in on any device and open My Lists in each tool.
Subscribe for monthly Genie Points that refill every Stripe billing cycle.
Where can I check how many Genie Points I have left?
Visit Genie Points while signed in. Paid plans show remaining points for both the active Stripe billing window and today’s daily pacing; free lifetime accounts highlight the unpaid pool without a daily cap.
Does my subscription renew automatically?
Yes. Paid plans are monthly subscriptions that renew automatically until you cancel in the Stripe customer portal.

What counts as one “Genie Point”?
Text-based AI actions (reading a worksheet photo, checking answers, bilingual sets, calming stories, reading pages, and so on) spend about 1 point each.
Illustrations and other image actions spend about 8 points each.
Paid plans include both a monthly pool and a daily limit, so heavy days stay manageable. Your exact point costs always show on this page and on Genie Points.
